Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before booking.

Do I need to have played Season 1 to play Season 2?

Not required, but it enriches the experience! In Season 1, the characters were introduced through the puzzles — a summary can be provided if you’d like some context. Season 2 continues the story directly. And if you ever complete the trilogy, you’ll have the chance to discover the Secret of the Cube and finally understand the connection between all the characters — a secret, complex, and very compelling story woven behind every scenario. Season 3 will be available at an as-yet-undefined point in the future… stay tuned!

What’s the difference between a linear and a non-linear game?

In a linear game, puzzles are solved in a specific order: one at a time, as a group. It’s ideal for beginners because the path is clear. In a semi-linear game, there are occasionally parallel branches. In a non-linear game (like Lucky’s Friends), multiple puzzles are accessible at the same time — your group can split up and work in parallel, which requires more coordination.

How many people per group?

The minimum is 3 players and the maximum is 6 players for all our scenarios. Groups of 2 can however book in advance by paying for 3 players. We recommend a group of 4 to 6 for the best experience. Your group is always private — you will never be paired with other participants.

Can children participate?

Yes! “The Wolf Is at the Door” is recommended for ages 10 and up (with at least one adult), and “For You, Dad” for ages 12 and up (with at least one adult). The MI6 and Lucky’s Friends scenarios require a minimum of 2 adults, as they are games with significantly more challenges and complex puzzles.

Do the games require physical strength?

No physical strength is required in any of our 4 scenarios. Our games are technology-based and rely on thinking. For “The Wolf Is at the Door” and “For You, Dad,” functional arms and legs are required. “Lucky’s Friends” is our only scenario accessible by wheelchair. Note that “MI6 Secret Service” is located on the 2nd floor and requires climbing a staircase. For “For You, Dad,” there is also a minimum height of 3 ft 1 in (94 cm) and a maximum weight of 250 lbs (113 kg).

Can we get hints if we’re stuck?

Yes, all our scenarios offer unlimited hints. Our team is there to help if you get stuck, without spoiling the fun of discovery. The goal is for everyone to have a great time.

Do we have to pay online when booking?

No payment is charged to your credit card at the time of booking — it is held only as a guarantee in case of no-show. Full payment is made entirely on-site, which allows you to split the bill among participants or pay however you prefer.
